To return an item, it must be unopened and in its original packaging, purchased directly from us, and accompanied by the original receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including skincare and cosmetics.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
